Proper feed brings sound sleep

Insomnia often occur to many people. But there is no end of try for sound sleep. There are many techniques are taken for sound sleep such as counting reverse wise and etc. But sleep does not come. Actually what we need to get sound sleep, many people do not know: Abandon caffeine, Don't taking brandy, Don't taking food full of stomach and taking liquid one and half hour before going to sleep may bring us sound sleep.
